We use the information we collect to:

  • Comply with our legal obligations
  • Take, prepare, and fulfill your orders, including pickup and catering requests
  • Process payments and send order confirmations and updates
  • Respond to your questions, catering inquiries, and other messages

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the Site function, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use the Site.

We use Google Analytics (through the Site Kit by Google plugin) to collect aggregated information about Site traffic and usage. Google may set cookies and process data under its own privacy terms. You can learn more about how Google handles data at https://policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Business transfers. If Red’s Rolls is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run the business — for example, our payment processor (Clover), our website host and analytics provider (Google), email or text messaging providers, and similar vendors. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

Third-party ordering and delivery platforms. If you order through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another third-party platform, that platform collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details needed to fulfill your order.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Red’s Rolls, our customers, or others.

Payments

Payments on the Site are processed through Clover. When you check out, your payment card details are collected and processed by Clover under its own privacy and security practices. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. You can review Clover’s privacy practices at https://www.clover.com/privacy-policy.

Text messages

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your order status, pickup readiness, or promotions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts will not stop transactional messages needed to complete an order you placed.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to complete your order, keep business and tax records, and comply with our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices and rights

You can:

  • Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message
  • Opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP
  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits

To make a request, contact us using the details at the top of this policy. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
